Hello Minr!

I was shocked to see that I was banned today as per the above reason.

Well, the fact of the matter is, the "alt" account FrostyCactus actually does not exist anymore, since I was forced out of it due to the Microsoft update. I was forced to buy a new account, and my new account is called Dias0.

I did not mean to cause any confusion, and I had no idea that this would result in an immediate permanent ban of my account. I assume the reasoning against alt accounts is to prevent ban evasions or something of the sort, which I understand, but this was absolutely not my intention, as I did not even have any warnings or mutes to evade. This is simply a result of the Microsoft update which happened a while ago.

I wasn't aware of the situation with your account, you've been unbanned. In the future, please be sure to tell staff if any situation like this comes up to avoid this happening again!
