Sprinting in Mob Parkour

You're able to sprint for a very small time in Mob Parkour if you pick up any rotten flesh dropped on the ground. You are able to kill zombies with the entity/mob cramming mechanic in Minecraft. When you eat the rotten flesh, the map resets your hunger bar back to where you cannot sprint anymore, but there is enough time in between you eating and the hunger bar resetting itself to allow you to sprint jump at least one time. Should be solveable with a quick "Disallow item pickup" flag right?

You could probably solve it by changing feed-delay in the region to 1; it doesn't appear to be at 1 in the video.

Changing it to feed-delay 1 didn't seem to work - item pickup is now disabled.
