the reasoning behind withdust's ban

i would like to know the reasoning behind Withdust's ban is "Deterves's alt account" which is not true
this account was not owned by Deterves and the owner of it is somebody else

Admins wouldn’t ban for no reasons, especially with the reason « alt account ». They had the same IP. Please discuss this with the banning staff member instead of in public chat.

There are several factors that come into play none of which you are privy to know. If you have any conclusive evidence (not theories) to suggest otherwise. You are welcome to submit it to staff for reviewal, you can do so using the player report form.

Other than that this matter is considered closed.
