7 Days of Dreaming broken puzzle

I know it says the puzzle is broken and you can skip it, but it doesn't tell you where to go after skipping the puzzle or how to even skip it. I've talked to everyone and i still cant get on the roof or library, so idk what I am supposed to do next. It should have a text from clicking the sign telling you where to go next or something. Also most of the automated chat messages you get telling you what to do next only appear once, and with the chat going crazy all the time, its extremely easy to miss messages or forget them and you won't ever be able to see them again.

Hey Purple, thanks for the message. The puzzle you've stumbled upon is not mandatory to complete to proceed in the map and was simply added as a fun little side quest similar to some other things in the map. There's actually a few bugs in 7 Days of Dreaming, hence why I feel like it may require a small overhaul to clarify the player's progress as well as fix this puzzle. You've caught me amidst a chaotic time, so I can't promise that all of these bugs can get fixed quickly.
