This was brought up recently in the profile posts thing, I thought we could just resolve it quickly.

@Chillers do people with a forum rank below green not have the ability to rate/like/dislike posts? I'm entirely sure Forgot had this but then Forgot had a few other extra perms due to FTB/Tekkit admin.

It isn't really an important thing right now, but there's not much reason for them to not have these perms. As stated by someone before, these ratings are just for fun and really don't mean anything at all, meaning any potential "abuse" of them is well, again, meaningless.
