Allow mapmakers to add people to a region

Not sure if this is actually possible to do, please let me know if you do. So it's annoying getting OPs to add people that you want to help to your region. So perhaps we could create a command where you have a list of all your map regions, and you can do /region add (player) and /region remove. If this is actually possible I think it'd be a good addition.

I totally agree, and I'm sure the OPs would be fine with it, the real question is whether or not this is possible, and if it is, I imagine it would be hard to implement.

Should work now, owners of a region can add and remove members of the region. On top of that you can find info on the region if you're a member or an owner. For some reason the region listing does not work yet, so that's kind of weird. (But you can see the regions you're currently in when you use /rg info without a region name).

TL;DR:
/region info
/region addmember
/region removemember
/region list*
*kind of does not work...

should now be available to greens, when they have the required rights of a region.

You'll still have to consult with an op to set up the region and any required flags, alongside transferring/revoking/giving ownership of a region.
