Amalgam regions water bucket glitch

Hey all,

Amalgam is currently broke on the flowing water challenge and gives the error message
"Sorry you can't break that block here"
When trying to collect the 2 water buckets needed.

This has been broken for a little bit and either keeps rebreaking or it hasn't been fixed yet.
The map in its current state is not feasibly completable without admin help.
