Edit: This event has officially concluded. See results below.

It's been almost a year since the first ever Bring Me! Event and you know what that means… It’s time for Part Two! *ੈ✩‧₊˚v

If you’re new here, here’s a refresher:
Bring Me is inspired by a party game where the host asks the participants for an item and whoever brings it first, wins. In this version, we will be releasing a list of criteria and your task is to find a Minr map for each criterion! This time, your submissions will be ♕ awarded ♕ points.
Think of this event like Lockout Bingo, except the maps get locked out. What does "locked out" mean? It means that once a player submits a specific map for a specific criteria, no other player can submit that same map for that same criteria. That's why being first is an advantage! But it shouldn't be an issue when we have over 700+ maps, right?

After all the hiccups of last year’s event, it will now be hosted on the official Minr Discord! More information will be announced closer to the event, so make sure to check back on this post!

Finally, this event will officially start on the 27TH OF JUNE and run for a week until the 4TH OF JULY. Anyone is welcome to join at any time or date within the event period. See you then! :)

A few days left until the official start of Bring Me! 2. But here's a heads up on everything you need to know about how this event will go! Buckle up, it's going to be quite a hefty read.

Firstly: The event will officially start at 12PM EST / 4PM GMT on the 27TH OF JUNE. Submissions will be checked as soon as possible, but please note that there may be delays depending on if we are around or not especially in the succeeding days of the event period.

WHATS NEW?
As mentioned, the event will now be hosted via the official Minr discord. There will be a forum channel created under #events so make sure you have the Show All Channels setting turned on to see it. It will also be linked in the events channel once the channel is live.
Click the down arrow button next to the server name on the main sidebar and check Show All Channels.

12906

HOW DOES IT WORK NOW?
There will be forum threads dedicated to each set of criteria. Please keep these channels strictly for submissions (slowmode may be applied if needed), a separate thread will be available for discussions and questions during the event. Players must follow a specific format for submissions to count.

Screenshot Format
- Full in-game screenshot in double F5 with your entire team along with the criteria and the map you are in (do /map info in chat).
- Make sure the criteria is easily identifiable. You may send in multiple screenshots for one submission to effectively show the criteria if needed, only one needs to be in double F5 as long as you are still by the criteria area (i.e. you cannot take a screenshot at the start of the map and have the criteria be somewhere else in the middle of the map). As much as possible, be creative in ensuring the full format is met in one picture. Hints may be given to some criteria to guide the player better.

Thread Post Format
In all of your submission posts (one post = one submission, do not break your submission into multiple messages), you must include the following information always:
- Team Name/Username
- Criteria #
- Map Name
- Screenshot/s
This is what the forum channel setup would look like on the Discord server:
12907

This is an example of what a submission post should look like:
12908

Now that you're all prepped on what to expect on the day, it's time to refamiliarize yourself with the event rules!!!

IMPORTANT RULES
1. The map has to be in FFA/FFA+.
2. You may only form teams of up to THREE members.
3. You can only submit a specific map for ONE criteria. However, other participants can submit the same map for a different criteria.
If Juan submits Map A for Criteria A, he cannot submit Map A for any other criteria. However, Jenny can submit Map A for any other criteria except Criteria A.
12909
4. Follow the post/screenshot guidelines aforementioned. Hosts can choose not to accept a submission if it does not clearly show the criteria we are looking for.
5. Do NOT edit your posts to add significant changes that the hosts might not see. Only edit to fix minor mistakes or for following the format properly.
6. No cheating or using unfair advantage. Observe Minr's answer sharing rules and be mindful when taking screenshots or picking maps that meet certain criteria.

Greenies+ CANNOT use elevated permissions or commands like /bring or /warp tp theta to access maps or bring their party. No exploits and no modifying your own maps to fit any criteria (for mapmakers).
7. Other players may challenge the validity of someone's submission at any point during the event (ping the hosts so we are aware of such discussions). When the entry is proven invalid, the player must replace the map as soon as possible to not forfeit their points.
WAIT... POINTS?
That's right! Even though this event is absolutely just for fun, participants can complete as many criteria as they want as fast as they can to get the highest place on the LEADERBOARD! This is the best we can offer due to budget cuts.
Each submission is awarded +1 point (Call it a Participation Point!).
Bonus points for first (+3), second (+2), and third (+1) submissions for each criteria will be awarded.
At the end of the event, additional bonus points may be awarded depending on certain criteria or commendable efforts. These will all be determined by the end and added to the pending scores.

*An official spreadsheet will be available for the event when it starts to keep better track of maps taken and to feature the leaderboard.

As always, we hope this event can be a fun way of showcasing and exposing more Minr maps to more players! We hope that everyone who will participate will enjoy reexploring both old and new maps to find new things they've never noticed before :]

SEE U THERE!

If I had a nickel for every time a Bring Me event was hosted the weekend I was out of town, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but at least this one is a week long. Those participation points will be MINE >: D

The second Bring Me! event has officially concluded and I hope everyone who got the chance to participate enjoyed exploring Minr maps to find a unique map for all the criteria! pieceofcheese's submission for Criteria 15: Misspelled or Misspelt.
12952
leo_lazuli's cat Stu (no bonus points, unfortunately, but here's a special mention!)

There were 900+ submissions to go through this time around all by myself, so I'm sure I've missed a couple notable ones. But that doesn't mean that you don't deserve a pat in the back too! I enjoyed looking through everyone's submissions and also interacting with all the participants :]

TUNE IN THE NEXT POST FOR THE RESULTS!
