Carpe Diem Minecart Glitch

The minecart puzzle in carpe diem is walled off and there are a lot of minecarts refusing to break and such.
I really don't know what is going on but apparently it's happened before, but in its current state player's cannot access it or make progress and no one online can help.

Those that didn't want to break were due to a region flag - fixed now.
A players must have logged out mid-script resulting in the chunks unloading (and therefore /fill not executing successfully)...
I'll see if I can fix something like this, that the chunks keep loaded while the script is executing.
