1.19.3 changed (for some reason) cobweb slowing-effect collisions to be a full block instead of the previous (slightly less than a block). This does not prevent the player from jumping off the edge of blocks with a cobweb on top (though the player is still slowed), but it does make it impossible to move unrestricted across a block at its edge. This is important for jumps that have cobwebs on the momentum. This will not effect most maps, even those that have cobwebs in them, but the map '16 Jumps', possibly as well as others (probably mostly valley black+ pk), is impossible.
This thread mostly serves as a warning to anybody who may wish to build parkour with a cobweb on the momentum in the future, but it could affect some FFA maps.
This could also be a bug from Mojang, as I did not find it in the change logs or bug fixes from this update, but a change like this seems unlikely to be made accidentally.
