Howdy!
I found this skip in Dropping 2 a while ago but I forgot to report it, and by the time I had remembered to report it, I had forgotten which map it was in, but I found it again today.
This is a fairly simple skip that it seems someone had tried to patch in the past, but I found a way around the barrier that had been put up. I also found that one you get to one of the pylons (pagodas?) you can drop to the next one and get to the wall decorations quite easily, and once on the wall you can travel down the water to reach the bottom.
My suggestion for fixing this would be to use admin magic (a region?) to put the player on 1 heart for this room so that they cannot survive the first jump, or to put a kill script on the floor of the room with a snide message.
The region is less likely to interfere with people completing the map, but the kill script is funnier imho, ill let whoever patches this come to their own conclusions on which is most appropriate.
It might also be worth noting that either of the suggested patches would allow for the fence wall to be removed, but I'm not sure if that was a previous patch or pat of the map.
