I have tried to add a picture to my profile for the longest time, but never could figure it out. I tested out 4-6 different pictures, and none worked. I first went to

Cpanel>Avatar>Delete current avatar>and browsed my files and selected a pic..

can someone explain how or why it isn't working?

Hmm. I don't see that there are any limits on the picture, except for the recommended 200x200 pixel picture. How large are the images that you are using?

Again i think this is something to do with folder permissions on the server, as soon as i speak to @c_dric about ftp access i'll assess the issues.
