You never made it past HC1. This is for players who have lost their checkpoint since hardcore was changed in August, you are not eligible for this since you joined the server after the swap occurred according to your logs.

I used to play on the server back in 2014 does that not count? I know it was weird because it said I joined for the first time when I went on it but I still had all my ffa points from back then too.

Ahhh, that would be before our new log system which is why we can look up your past.

The problem is that HC has changed numerous times since then, each time there would have been a cut off for date for transitions into the new HC system. As you missed this cutoff date numerous times in the past 2 years we can't transfer you. We can't even lookup the logs to see where you were to confirm. Sorry but you'll have to restart HC.
