How do you become a mod? (Orange)

I have been wondering how exactly to become a mod. I know that you have to be a green and be on often, but are there any other requirements? And how are you chosen? If this question was already asked, I apologize and please direct me to the thread.

You don't, you get selected for this position when you're deemed fit.
We're not publishing the criteria, as then people would facade their real intentions etcetera.

Simply: give out positive vibes, behave well, show some qualities that a moderator should have, and you may very well be chosen for the position.

Orange is op/admin, mod is also green. To get op/admin you'll need mod first.
