Name Changes

Before you do so, run /checkpoint convert on the server, this will tag your points to your UUID. Then when your name changes, you will keep your points. I cannot guarantee that you will keep whatever checkpoint you have set though.

I think we should either make an official thread for name changes, or a form thing like with ban appeals. The forums are getting clogged up with quite a few of these threads.
EDIT: Maybe not ban appeals since those actually make a thread, more like an anonymous thing which is sent directly to an op, similar to the Minr Xmas Competition or HC Completion Form.
