Ninja Warrior is back once again! It will be hosted on Saturday, October 4th. Event starting times for different timezones are as follows:
PDT - 10am
EDT - 1pm
BST (UK Time) - 6pm
CEST - 7pm
Just a quick summary of Ninja Warrior for those who don't know, Ninja Warrior is basically a huge obstacle course with 4 stages. All competitors start in Stage 1, if you pass Stage 1 you move on to Stage 2, if you pass Stage 2 you move on to Stage 3, and when you beat Stage 3 (which no one ever has in official tournaments) then you will get a shot at the Final Stage and the sweet taste of victory. There are time limits in Stages 1, 2 and the final stage, and if you run out of time you are out. If you fall just once (yup, it's harsh) then you lose and are out as well.
If someone beats all 4 stages, they will receive a Minecraft gift code.
Here are the list of obstacle changes since last competition.
Stage 1:
Taking place after the end of Ninja Warrior are the TGR Finals, where the two finalists will face off in a best-of-5 match on the TGR map. The bracket so far: http://challonge.com/minrTGR
Both Ninja Warrior and the TGR Finals will be streamed by myself at http://www.twitch.tv/minrgames
Well that's all from me so far, I'll update this post if I think of anything else. Sign up for Ninja Warrior on this thread now!

Here are the list of obstacle changes since last competition.
Stage 1:
- Replaced the Hazard Swing (the second obstacle) with the Curtain Slider (new obstacle)
- Gave the Giant Wheel (the third obstacle) a slope landing
- Replaced the Flying Chute (the nightmarish-for-some-people vine obstacle, second last) with the Slider Jump (new obstacle)
- Time limit is now 90 seconds
- Made the transition on the Unstable Bridge (the third obstacle) from bridge to bridge easier
- Replaced the Balance Walk (the fourth obstacle) with the Pillar Path (new obstacle)
- Got rid of the "lucky ladder" on the Cliffhanger (the fourth obstacle)
