Old account got hacked, would like to use a new account

A while back my main account, Outersquid, was stolen, and after going through Microsoft and Mojang support I am sadly unable to access the account anymore, neither was the person who stole it though. So the Minecraft account Outersquid is officially dead. This means I've lost progress on many servers, including this one. I wanted to know if I could use my new account Outersquid_ on this server? I know there are a bunch of rules with no alt accounts, but I physically cannot access my main anymore. I am willing to show proof to whatever admin requires it, but I'm pretty sure this is a public thread.
I would also like to know if my account data could be transferred, I know this is unlikely to happen, but I think all it would require is a UUID swap. Not 100% sure though, but worth a shot.
Also this happened like back in September 2024, and I'm just now getting back to this server.
