I had to make a new account because I managed to lock myself out of my old one (username was KilomPlaysMC). Is there a chance I could get a transfer so I don't lose progress?

KiloDWS. I joined Minr with that account on 8/14 of this year, and I joined Minr with KilomPlaysMC in mid-2016 (if I remember correctly). I was locked out of that account on 8/13 after upgrading my PC and not remembering the security questions I set up in mid-2011.

It's a very good thing you made a forum account at some point, as you never logged in from the same IP address on the two accounts, which is normally what we use to verify situations like this.

Account transfers are manual; The following will be kept:
-Map completions
-Rank / Hardcore checkpoint

Map times / challenges will be lost. The original account is also banned as part of the process.

If you're ok with this, let me know and I'll proceed with this tomorrow.

That sounds perfect. The IP address don’t match because I literally just moved halfway across the country for work. That’s probably a fairly common excuse, but in this case, it’s the truth.
