Region flags access for greenies

I recently had to change a few region flags for my co-op map. While greenies do have the ability to set interact and use for regions they own, they are denied the ability to set chest-access which in my opinion belongs in the same region flag category as interact and use. Therefore, I would like to propose that chest-access be made available to greenies as well.

Same with the saturation flag i think. (natural-hunger-drain)
// Not 100% sure - please do not shoot me - but so far i was not able to do it myself and always needed staff for the flag //

If you want to allow hunger drain, then you do need a staff member to set it up for you. The default value is "deny"

soil-dry Is another flag I don't know why isn't changeable by greenies and I would hope could be updated

I've brought this up with staff to decide.

The reason some flags are not enabled is to prevent some greens from abusing commands to give them an advantage in their own maps, unfortunately there have been a few occasions where players have cheated in their own maps.

There was a typo on this flag it has been restored.
