Revert Lapis Plaza's Black Concrete Buildings Back to Obsidian

After hearing that the black concrete buildings were once made out of obsidian, I really wonder why this change was made. Black Concrete looks much worse, and it's harder to see where the player is going.

I honestly agree with this. It makes it way harder gameplay wise, and the obisidan does look better at a standpoint. Good points big.

Hmm, I was experimenting with some palette changes.
I decided to keep it black concrete (not sure why you would say it looks worse, I like it more, personally). But I changed the parkour pillars to always have glowstone on the blocks you jump on (thus not impeding visibility). Thanks for the comments!
