When you get the jump boost, it persists throughout the entire map (or at least 30 minutes). There is supposed to be a block in space before you get to Earth that takes the jump boost away. Im not sure exactly which block takes it away but its about halfway through.

What exactly is intended, that the jump boost is removed when entering the earth? Or is the effect removed. while that is not wanted?

well as it is currently, there is no beacon, it gives you jump boost for 30 minutes which should either not happen or it should be taken away when you get to that certain spot

found the issue I think, at 3034 101 -1468 it gives you 28 minutes of jump boost, I think this is somethin added in that wasn't in the original. I don't think there was a script that takes away jump boost, I guess it was just you running out of it from the beacon.
