Getting on top of the center maze in level 2 is only meant to be done in level 3, however, there's lots of places with anvil stacks in which all the anvils are faced the same way, which allows players to climb up onto them. Here's a list:

-989 130 -960
-1007 129 -980
-993 129 -974
-1003 129 -971
-958 129 -984

All of these can be easily be patched by making the anvil directions alternate; only when both anvils are faced the same way can they be climbed up.
