At -395 66 3161, there's a 1.5-block-tall gap you can slip through and escape the map:
Most of the challenge of the first level is gone, because you can slip under any of the cobblestone walls here, where the slabs are lower:
The cobblestone walls will have to have an extra layer below them in order to properly block off players.
Most of the lower-windows on floor 3 can now be escaped by crouching and jumping. This can be patched pretty easily by changing how the trapdoors are placed. In this pic, the left window is escapable, while the right isn't:
^ Be sure to place the trapdoors in such a way that they close inwards, not outwards. Like so:
It seems to me that the lower-windows of floor 3 are the only ones that can be escaped right now, but I would go ahead and patch all windows in this way, just in case.
