    Our server is home to over 600+ challenges, each designed to keep you engaged and entertained for months on end. These challenges have been created, tested and curated by our green membership community, who are true experts in all things challenges! A suggestion to prevent those pesky advert-bots

Hey guys, I mentioned this in the spam forum, but I thought I should formally suggest it.

Stop Forum Spam is an online community that has created and maintains a list of the account details of forum spam bots and other abusers. I personally have used this to manually check if new members of the Outpost Universe community forums were spammers. It drastically decreased the amount of trash that ended up on the forum, but could have been more effective if I had had access to the proper files to implement the automatic checking.

I am recommending that we utilize this tool because, as a community, minr is growing in size. As a result of this growth, we have already had a few cases of advertising spam. Trust me when I tell you that this will only become a bigger problem as the forum activity increases.

There are a few addons people have made for forums to allow them to auto-check here: http://www.stopforumspam.com/contributions

However, I do not know if the XenoForo system is compatible with these. If it is not, c_dric (as the site owner) would need to register to their forums in order to get access to the API key and learn how to incorporate it into the system.
