If you look at the bottom left of the 2 space needles, you can see my wooden hut and my sandstone house (the area with the beacon) xD

I think the map boundary will be fine for quite a while still, even with people seeking out the new biomes there are a lot of unrendered areas

That's yeroc's script-block heavy puzzle course that he is trying to finish before I finish my redstone heavy puzzle course.

Anyone want to place bets on which one will be done first?

I like those two maps already from seeing it from above :p
Good luck and have fun.. I place my bets on srentiln. = Hmm what shall I do.... A statue of the person who wins, on his/her desired place.
Redstone(,) (is easier to manage and ) if you make a small mistake you don't have to go all over again.
