Mineco skip

in the white difficulty mixed parkour map "mineco" (fac), in the second floor (slabs), there's a jump where you should land in the slab just under the final slab of that floor. now, in general, it's really hard to actually do this, but it is possible to actually jump onto that final slab, skipping half of the floor, including the arguably hardest jumps of the whole map

Hi, thanks for reporting!
If this is the jump that I believe it is, it is a condoned skip: the difficulty of making that jump weighs equal (or higher) to the normal path, and therefore we allow the skip.

this is the skip seen from underneath. it is fairly easy to do (just did it on my first try now i was actively trying to reproduce it), as comparative, just the two immediately consecutive jumps in the intended path are, at least for me, harder to make than the skip:

the coords of the jump are 1967, 91.5, -2955, the final slab 1970, 92.5, -2954 and the intended following slab is 1970, 89.5, -2954

This skip is actively used in speed runs of the map and is quite well known, actually. As far as I know, there is no intention to fix it.

I refer to this as a “Speedrunners Skip”

A skip that is well known by people who run the map.
Most Speedrunner Skips you will find only skip one or two jumps however this is on the larger side and skips more than a few.
All in all it only saves about 4 seconds and doesn’t break the map.
