Then you make a minecraft account. Then you must download the minecraft launcher, input your username and password, download minecraft itself, and press the play button. Next, you press singleplayer, and press create new world. Then, you turn gamemode to creative. Then you can input a seed, which is optional. You must now make it a superflat world made of command blocks. Then press create new world, and wait. When youre in the game, middle mouse click on one of the command blocks. You now have a command block.

If we go back in time, all the way to where there were no creepers, we find the true cause.
400 years ago, steve lived peacefully in his very own minecraft world. he chopped down trees, he farmed wheat, he had pigs and cows all happily in his yard. but that night, a horrific thunderstorm appeared. steve hid in his bunker, unknowingly of what happened above grounds. when he came out, he saw his whole house burned down to the ground, and all the animals were gone. he searched the remainings of his house for some leftover valuable items, but instead, he found Puffy, the very first creeper.
Puffy was a happy creeper, and he and steve got along very well. They lived long lives, but about 25 years later, the same thing happened. a horrific thunderstorm appeared again. he had anticipated for this moment, and he could take some animals, and ofcourse, puffy, with him in the bunker. they waited for 36 hours for the storm to pass over. once again, his house burned down completely. but, he found the second creeper, a purple one, named Mignia. Mignia was not a happy creeper like the green puffy, he always was looking for stuff to get angry over.
One day, Mignia was so angry, he tried to explode himself near steve and puffy, making an end of all their lives. Puffy, the hero he was, tried to stop him from killing his best buddy steve. The two forces of the creepers collided with eachother, and an insane amount of energy came free. When steve woke back up, puffy and mignia were no-where to be found. Saddened by the event, steve continued with his life. But this one night, he had a dream. Puffy was in this dream, and showed him what happened. When the 2 forces of the creepers collided, the world changed forever, beyond imagination. Puffy did save steve in that blast, but steve was not save anymore. The energy of Mignia was just a tad stronger then puffy's, and his force made the dark evil. Now, at nights, creepers and undead warriors would come alive, and all try to let steve face the wrath of Mignia.
Steve fought for his life that night, and barely survived. When the sun came up, he started to invent new things to stop the evil. He crafted swords, armor, iron doors, and a lot more stuff to keep himself save. Since then, the people of minecraft have had to fight for their lives every night. But, if it wasnt for puffy, we had to fight for our lives all day long. The strenght the warriors and creepers had then, cant be imagined. Puffy saved us all for the worst, but couldnt prevent this from happening. So we still have to deal with the now-called skeletons, zombies, spiders, and creepers. They are all linked to Mignia, and his anger lives in them forever. He makes them evil.
And that's why creepers frown, because of Mignia's force resting on their shoulders.
