Very foggy morning, a lone ship leaves the harbor. Linnea’s crew.
They’re headed eastward, apparently following a map she acquired to an uncharted archipelago. No estimated date of return.
She’s been gathering people from all over for the last month or so, oddest group I’ve seen in a while.
Linneas goal is certainly to document these islands and the journey, but I’m pretty sure most of them are motivated by potential profit. Hope they return alive.
Welcome to Minr Mafia XXX, Beyond the Horizon!
This game will be hosted by myself and Challenger, and will take place on discord. In this thread I'll go over some information about the setup and rules, and you can sign up by simply replying to the thread confirming your interest.
Game Rules
- DMs (Direct Messages) are allowed during day phases. Please add both hosts to any direct messages you create. During night, players may only speak in the main chat.
- Please don't copy any information about your role directly from hosts such as role descriptions. Please don't share any screenshots regarding anything other players wouldn't know. You may paraphrase.
- If a player is inactive and is part of an evil team, the rest of the team can control that players action.
- If you're playing, please refrain from talking to dead players or spectators

Setup Information
- The game is setup into two phases, Day and Night. Each day lasts 48 hours, and each night 24. During the day, players will be allowed to vote on something special (decisions, treasure, expeditions, travel, etc.) during the first 24 hours. Lynch votes will be done during the last 24 hours.
- Votes will be visible and editable. We ask that you please delete outdated votes - this ensures that it is easy on us expedition leaders since there is only 1 vote to keep track of per player, as well as still notifying other players of any changes you make. In the case of a lynch tie, nobody will die. In case of a non-lynch tie, priority is decided by who cast their vote first.
- Treasures are items that can be found throughout the expedition and give you an extra ability of some sort when used. Treasures can be found at certain sites, in certain situations, or with certain roles. Some roles interact with treasures in unique ways. They are all single-use unless otherwise specified.
- The role list will be closed. The treasure list will be open. For those new to Mafia, closed means unknown to players, while open means known.
- All roles have HP. (
) 3 HP is the default, but a few roles have more or less. When you drop to 0 HP, you die (very sad). Lynching ignores hp, and is an instant kill. If a player were to both hit 0 HP and be healed in the same phase, they still die.
- There are certain environmental hazards and events you may encounter during the voyage which can have damaging effects on your health or abilities.
Signups
To sign up, simply reply to this thread. Signups will be open until the end of friday, and the game will start shortly after. We ask that anyone who signs up tries to remain at least moderately active during the game.
Finally, here's a link to the discord server where the game will take place! Anyone playing is required to join, but you're still welcome to join if you're not interested in playing. This is where you can talk about any questions you might have about the setup, and we'll provide some fun activities before the start of the game.
