Before registering to participate in this train service, it is essential that these regulations must read. Our service has concepts unique among other services. You may wish to read the IMPORTANT INFORMATION section prior to the RULES and REGULATIONS section.
RULES and REGULATIONS:

Passengers must participate within the spirit of the game and the spirit of their role. Play to win.
Passengers may not quote, screenshot, film or directly copy any communications from the Conductor. Paraphrasing is permitted.
Passengers may communicate in the thread at night.
This game uses forced plurality lynches. This means whatever passenger has the highest votes at the end of the day will be lynched.
No-Lynch is not permitted.
Ties are broken by the passenger who reached the highest threshold first.
If no votes are cast throughout the day, a random passenger will be killed.
Players may not communicate in any way about the service with anyone except the Conductor using their main forum or Discord accounts. Communication is to be done only through the account(s) we provide to you.
Please do not change any of the settings of the accounts provided without prior permission.
Activity may be monitored, try not to post anything personal.
The Conductor must be added to added to any private communication channels.
Passengers may only communicate with private Discord groups, forum private messages or this thread.
If you're dead you're dead. No one can cheat death.
Passengers are not permitted to communicate is any way with fellow passengers after they have been officially pronounced dead by the Conductor.
Players in no way are allowed to reveal their true identity, whether through outright telling fellow passengers, confirming speculation, or using other identifying methods.
Other players are free to speculate or confirm on who people may be.
If passengers break any rules, they may experience some fatal consequences. Don't push the line.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Passengers should have a basic understanding of mafia, though first time passengers are welcome.
Passengers belong to one of two factions, the Innocents and the Mafia.
There is also an Independent, who is bound to neither faction.
The role name and alignment of a passenger are revealed upon their death.
Passengers should use this #VOTE <passengers> syntax to indicate who they wish to vote, preferably in bold.
#UNVOTEs are appreciated but not required.
Editing votes into posts is not permitted, or editing votes within a post. @Zatharel
Votes must be cast within the thread. Passengers may cast votes at night - they will be carried over to the next day phase.
Votes cast by dead passengers or on dead passengers will be annulled.
Day phases will last 72 hours (3 real-life days) and Night phases will last 48 hours (2 real-life days). These values may be changed throughout the duration of the service if necessary to improve pacing. Phase update times have yet to be confirmed.
In this game, players will be given an anonymous forum and discord account to use.
Players will only be allowed to communicate from these anonymous accounts, they are not allowed to talk about the game in their traditional accounts.
Each player will be provided the login details for their accounts when the game starts, which will contain their role information.
Otherwise the game proceeds as normal.

Registrations will end on 2019/01/17 (UTC), a few hours before 04:00am UTC. The train will depart at 04:00am UTC that day if everything goes to schedule.
This notice may be updated before commencement of the game, however no alterations will be made afterwards unless absolutely necessary.
