Welcome to one of the oldest Minecraft servers and communities in the world! Zero.minr.org dates back over 13 years and has been consistently providing endless hours of fun and excitement for players from all over the globe. With an uptime of 99%, you can count on us to be here for you whenever you're in the mood for some challenging minecraft parkour, puzzles and mazes.

Our server is home to over 600+ challenges, each designed to keep you engaged and entertained for months on end. These challenges have been created, tested and curated by our green membership community, who are true experts in all things challenges! Our community is made up of some of the most dedicated and skilled players, who have completed our Hardcore set of challenges and continue to create new and innovative experiences for our server.

At our core, we are strongly committed to fair play and against any form of pay-to-win features. We have been privately funded since our inception, which has allowed us to provide a level playing field for all our players, free of any hidden advantages. Broadcast 2023 World Render Published

After three years of anticipation, we are excited to unveil the 2023 version of our world map, featuring the latest rendition of Zero and Theta worlds. Despite the challenges faced during the rendering process, including 74 hours of rendering time and a liquid cooling failure that nearly fried my CPU, we got there in the end.

To optimize the rendering process, I had to make some adjustments. The image quality was reduced by half and only levels 30-320 in Theta and levels 30-255 in Zero were rendered. Originally I wanted to include Delta world renders, but due to minimal builds and expansive world borders, I decided against doing so (that would have been a lot of time just rendering terrain).

Both world renders were scaled back approx 2000 blocks from the world border to speed up the rendering process. I understand that this may have affected some builds, and apologize in advance if your build is not visible on the...

Broadcast Rules Update — Refactoring the Rules

Hello everyone!

With feedback from the rest of the staff team, the rules have finally been refactored for the first time since 2017!

Q: Why are the rules numbered?
After multiple meetings with other staff members, we drafted a primary set of ideals for the server that more specific rules were derived from. These are now the numbered rules that are found at the top of the page. Further down the page are the specific breakdowns per rule. Much of this content is similar to what was under the old rules. This also makes it easier to refer to the rules by number in chat, ban messages, or ban appeals.

On a related note, the suggested appeal times have also been merged into a table with suggested lengths per each rule. This should improve the readability of the breakdown section.

The Legacy Project

BEFORE WE GET INTO THINGS...
Bstrey and I started the Legacy Project in May of 2019. A few months later, after planning ended, it went on indefinite hiatus until early 2021, when _Trains_ and I began work on a new and improved version of our very first idea. Almost a year later, with the help of many staff and Greens, we are so excited to finally be finished. While Trains and I are co-creators, it is important to note that this project would have likely been abandoned for the second time without him. We can't thank him enough for his enthusiasm and role in keeping the project alive. We both hope you enjoy the Legacy Project!

Happy 11th Anniversary Minr!

Hey everyone! Today, Minr celebrates its eleventh birthday. This is an incredible milestone, and to celebrate, we've decided to do something we've never done before - we're opening up Zero, our original survival world, to the public! Starting Saturday, October 23rd at 6pm/18:00 UTC, our server will be open to the public for one week, until October 30th. Our world is one of the oldest in Minecraft, and one of the oldest server maps on the newest version of the game. Come check it out!

While exploring the map, you can sign your name on a wall near our spawn to become a part of our server's history, and you can complete a scavenger hunt to gain an exclusive Alpha Diamond Block hat. Our server is rich in history, and those of you that remember the original versions of the game will be sure to feel an incredible amount of nostalgia while exploring!

What is the Scavenger Hunt?
The Scavenger Hunt event is a race between all players for the first to find a number of hidden collectibles that are scattered around Minr!
