I dunno, there could be other explanations for it. We don't know all the roles or all the secrets of this round, so it could be part of a plan that would help the innocents. He might be doing us a favor by not revealing his reasons.

I agree that there should be more evidence before people start lynching, but I also think it's necessary for them to point out things that make people look shady. Eventually somebody might put two and two together.

So, here's what literally all of you have been parroting: 'Let's not lynch people until we have evidence'.

Fair enough. But again, how are we going to get this evidence? You keep saying we need it without offering any way of obtaining it. Sitting in the thread waiting for more murders does nothing. I for one am drawing a little bit of a blank on good strategies, mainly because I have no clue what the setup is like.

The only thing I've been able to think of is that we all simply claim our roles. We could do it via PM to one person, or just plain out say it in the thread. Although this is going to reveal who has the good roles and will give the Mafia a kill list, we may then be able to organize ourselves better and get an actual strategy. I can't think of anything else given what we've been provided with.

Thoughts?

As to my previous point, I was just saying that not telling us the reason doesn't help us think he's innocent. I was NOT accusing sren of being the mafia. That being said, I agree with cory and forgot about inactivity.

I'm not going to vote for anyone this round, but I am going to point out something here: a VERY good idea was brought up the first day of people pairing up and moving together in an attempt to draw out the mafia members. Why don't we follow this plan? Forgot, you were the first to cast suspicion unto me, so why not keep an eye on me? if you are right and I am mafia 1) I can't kill you because that would be far too obvious, 2) I can't go off and kill anyone else because you'd know it right away, and if you're wrong, then you might get to see what I had planned.

Except for the fact that we have no clue who is in our location and that the Mafia teleport to who they kill? If your role does help people you're with, I'm more than fine travelling with you though. ;p

I don't think we should vote for inactivity, considering we might end up hitting a valuable innocent power role, however, if Spont is actually playing the game, he'll just respond to the votes.

That's a huge exaggeration. First of all, he did not claim "sren is mafia, let's lynch him," he just pointed out the parts of sren's post that made him think that there was a possibility sren was a mafia player, and for good reason too (though I stand by what I said further up this page). Also, he only suggested the role claiming plan because he couldn't think of anything else (strategically, you can only do a limited amount in games like this). Voting for someone for reasons that you exaggerated to the breaking point is definitely worthy of suspicion.

pretty sure i was the first person to cast suspicion unto you sren

Someone in his time zone would be more likely to be able to talk to him therefore someone in Europe MOST LIKELY.
My first guess would be ricky, however, he's not that close to henni, so perhaps not him
He did say it was mafia that killed him however, so that means it was one of them do sure.
Perhaps it was sren...
Perhaps someone took a wild guess and attacked a random innocent.
My top bets would be Yeroc or Sren since yeroc has been somewhat quiet in this thread

Cory and I discussed this last night on Skype and here was our reasoning: Even if he is a powerful role, he's not using it. He's just deadweight to the team. As a good guy, he gives us no benefit, but as a baddie, it's possible we can kill an inactive Mafia player. Which brings me to another thing I noticed:

That's clearly two actions, yet we know the Mafia has three people in it this game. Which leads me to believe that either some of the Mafia is inactive, or that some of their abilities are one-time use only.

The mafia might be expecting us to go to one of those places now so that they can destroy it. My recommendation is to only tell if you're already there.

Basically your stating that a "Good Guy" without any "powers" is just as good as no player. Please elaborate how a "Good Guy" gives no benefit. You need a team to take down the "baddies" don't you think?



To everyone else who voted for me, please don't assume i'm inactive. Jumping on the bandwagon without a proper reason backed by evidence is enough to make you suspicious. (OR with false evidence/false assumptions (e.g. Halex stating I avoid the forums)) It's just frivolous.
