There isn't really any discussion because nothing of importance has happened. Unless a pirate screws up bad, it takes a few killings for the game to really get rolling, and no one has died yet. I have noticed that many people are saying they are a guest role, indicating that there are either a lot of guests or people are using the guest role as a way to hide their real role because they think guests will be devoid of suspicion because they just want to live.

Probably the other reason why is because nobody knows every role. Who knows what anybody else can do to others?

Sparks fly across the ship as a surge of power goes throughout it. Everyone begins to notice through the windos shapes approaching. They squint, trying to make out what it is. It gets closer and closer and begins to take shape. It's a group of ships! Have they come to help already? Suddenly, the swarm opens fire. The shields manage to hold back most of the shots, but three manage to rip on through. An automated voice comes over the ship comms:

Passenger Zatharel has been injured
Passenger corygolfanatic has been injured
Passenger Pieceofcheese87 has been injured
Automatic medical protocols engaged.

Everyone on the ship notices a chemical smell in the air. The injured parties notice that thier injuries seem to be starting to heal themselves.

As quickly as the swarm of ships had appeared, it flew off.

Next action phase has begun

Just a question to srentiln, is it possible to avoid getting hit by something, or is it all luck?

It also appears that if the pirates are close enough to shoot us, they can get close enough to board the ship if we aren't careful.

Good luck for the next round

Well I thought I posted earlier to ask a question but I didn't. Sren basically said what I needed to be cleared up for me. I really don't know what there is to say right now other than wait for something more relevant to happen.

The damage to players was decided via dice roll :p
You should try random.org sometime, it's better for big numbers of players and uses actual randomness instead of an algorithm.

Also, we can assume that this round takes place in present day because MMXV=2015. Weird coincidence, huh? :p

Random .org uses atmospheric patters, which isn't pseudo-random.

I say next action, we should start looking for lynch targets. Otherwise, we will never get anywhere.

there is no such thing as true random in coding. Rolling a physical 20 sided dice, on the other hand, is true random

Edit: Electro, disagree all you want, but it is the truth. "random generators" all rely on an algorithm of some sort to work. No matter what a website claims, if they have a coded "random generator", it is only pseudo-random. It is just how computers work. Rolling a physical dice, on the other hand, is subject to the known and unknown laws of our universe. The number of factors that effect each and every roll is so astronomically large, that it is actually impossible to predict what the next result will be until it is rolled. Therefore, it is true random.

If you don't believe me, here's an MIT quick summary of why computers aren't true random:
